Ep. 060 – Kailee Powers, Kailee Elizabeth Photography

Ep. 060 – Kailee Powers, Kailee Elizabeth Photography

This week’s guest is Kailee Powers, owner of Kailee Elizabeth Photography in the Seattle and Eastside area.

Kailee has been running her photography business for a number of years. She started her business at the age of 15 when she was in high school. She had been taking pictures for awhile on the side and eventually was approached to do work for someone for money.

The focus of Kailee’s business is excellent customer service and making it an experience rather than just a product. Her pictures are more romantic and personal, as they are more about how you feel and the memory rather than just capturing people. Kailee is passionate about working with couples and families along with businesses. She has recently transitioned her main focus to weddings.

Kailee has been in Seattle since she was about 7 years old. She started pursuing art at a young age. Then she found photography because her parents gave her a small point and shoot camera. Kailee officially went full time last year when her business outgrew her full time job.
